Man arrested in Bladensburg slaying

BLADENSBURG, Md. (AP) — Prince George’s County police have arrested a man after a fatal shooting in Bladensburg.

Police say 26-year-old Nathaniel Johnson was arrested Friday morning at his Bladensburg home. He’s been charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of 22-year-old Larry Williams on Tuesday night. He’s being held without bond.

Williams was shot in a parking lot and died at a hospital several hours later. Police say the shooting stemmed from an earlier argument between the two men.
