GREENBELT, Md. (AP) — A man who prosecutors say fraudulently obtained visas for foreign workers has been sentenced to two years in prison.

Thirty-four-year-old Milen Radomirski of Germantown was also ordered to forfeit $100,000 at sentencing Wednesday in federal court in Greenbelt.

According to his plea agreement, Radomirski, a Bulgarian national, recruited international workers for a Maryland pool service company. Prosecutors say he fraudulently obtained more than 100 H-2B visas, which allow citizens of other countries to work in the U.S. temporarily.
