WASHINGTON —  Police in Prince George’s County have identified the victims of a double-homicide in Capital Heights early Sunday.

Police said Todd James Webb Jr., 14, of Capital Heights, and Brian Davis, 18, of D.C., were gunned down in a shooting on Walker Mill Road that left four others wounded. Police do not believe it was a random attack.

The shooting was reported at around 2:45 a.m. Webb and Davis were pronounced dead at the scene, police said in a news release Sunday.

Of the four survivors,  one man is fighting for his life and another other person is still at the hospital but is expected to be OK; the two others were released from the hospital, police said.

Police are still trying to determine who was responsible and are offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment.
