WASHINGTON — A man in a motorized wheelchair was struck by a car and killed Friday in Clinton, Maryland, officials said.

Prince George’s County police said the man was hit around 8:30 p.m. on the 9100 block of Stuart Lane. He died at the hospital, officials said.

Police said the driver of the car was not injured. The crash is under investigation.
