Fredericksburg man dies in Prince William crash

WOODBRIDGE, Va. (AP) — Virginia State Police are investigating a fatal crash in Prince William County.

Police say a Dodge Caravan was heading north on Interstate 95 on Saturday night. It took the Exit 156A ramp but ran off the right side of the road. Police say the van struck the ditch and rode the embankment before overturning.

Police say the driver died on the scene. He is identified as 46-year-old Bruce Dickerson of Fredericksburg.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
