SILVER SPRING, Md. – Police say the 11-year-old girl who was reported missing from Silver Spring on Friday has been found unharmed.
Montgomery County Police say Shanice Elliot, 11, of the 11200 block of Lockwood Drive, was reported missing after she was last seen around 2:40 p.m. Friday leaving Francis Scott Key Middle School.
The girl is back at home now, police say, and her family thanks the media and police for their efforts in locating the girl.
