Three public school systems in Northern Virginia plan to cancel classes April 21 to make way for a wave of voters casting ballots on a congressional redistricting amendment.
Public schools in Prince William, Fairfax and Stafford counties won't hold classes on the special election day while many of their schools act as polling places during a statewide referendum.
