With the 16th overall pick in the NFL Draft, the Washington Commanders selected Mississippi State cornerback Emmanuel Forbes. Forbes is a defensive back known for his ball-hawking ability, tallying 14 interceptions in his three-year career at Mississippi State. He took six of those interceptions back for touchdowns, an all-time FBS record.
