Man killed, 2 injured in Prince George’s County shooting

A man is dead and at two others have critical injuries after a shooting in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

It happened around 4 p.m. Tuesday on the 9900 block of Good Luck Road in Lanham.

Prince George’s County police have not yet identified the victims, including the man who was pronounced dead at the hospital. The severity of the other victims’ injuries are not yet know, and police are still piecing together what happened, a spokesman said.

Prince George’s Co. students required to take COVID test before returning from spring break

Students in Prince George's County, Maryland, will be required to take a coronavirus test and upload results before returning from spring break, the school system said in an email to families Wednesday. Monica Goldson, the CEO of Prince George's County Public Schools, said all students will receive COVID-19 home test kits by the end of the week. Results must be shared before students are scheduled to return April 19.
