Winston Smith’s female passenger now claims she did not see him in possession of a gun last week when he was shot by members of a Federal Marshall’s task force. The BCA says it has a gun and shell casings retrieved from Smith’s vehicle. According to the Guardian apple pie is now thought to be racist.
