Vice President Mike Pence and the White House’s coronavirus task force held a news conference on Monday in which President Trump announced new guidelines recommending that American not gather in groups larger than 10, take any discretionary travel, or eat or drink in restaurants and bars for 15 days.
The president also said that the health crisis could last until July or August and that a recession “may be” coming.
