The University of Maryland, College Park and Under Armour Inc. revealed new uniforms on Tuesday paying homage to the teams of the 1980s.

In celebration of the 150th anniversary of college football, the Terps will wear throwback uniforms when they host the University of Michigan for homecoming on Nov. 2.

The uniforms, the same as those worn by former quarterback Boomer Esiason, will feature the iconic Script Terps logo on the helmets and pants. The jersey will have traditional old mesh detail on Under Armour’s lightweight, durable material with classic black, white and gold striping on the sleeves. The fabric, called “Armour Grid” is inspired by military parachute and does not stretch which makes it harder for defenders to grab.
