Teenager shot and killed in Northeast DC

WASHINGTON — Police are investigating a fatal shooting that killed one person in Northeast D.C. early Saturday morning.

D.C. police responded to gunshots in the 1700 block of Lincoln Road in Northeast around 1:15 a.m. on Saturday.

In a news release, police said while officers were canvassing the area, they were notified that a shooting victim had been taken to a hospital where the victim was pronounced dead.

The victim was identified as 18-year-old Deandre Marshman.

Police are offering a reward of up to $25,000 for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction or Marshman’s killer or killers.
