Redskins, Ravens add to rosters with undrafted free agents

WASHINGTON — Washington and Baltimore added to their rosters after the 2018 NFL Draft wrapped up Saturday with the Burgundy and Gold signing RB Martez Carter from Grambling State, CB Danny Johnson out of Southern, CB Rico McWilliams from Southeast Missouri State and OT Timon Parris out of Stony Brook.

More moves for the Redskins are expected ahead of the teams first rookie mini-camp May 11-13 that includes the eight draft picks the team took this past Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The Ravens who picked 12 players in the draft, also added to their roster by inking WR Jaelon Acklin from Western Illinois, LB Chris Board out of North Dakota State, CB Jordan Brown from James Madison, OL Randin Crecelius out of Portland State, OT Justin Evans from South Carolina State, C Alex Thompson out of Monmouth and RB De’Lance Turner from Alcorn State.

Baltimore will hold their three-day rookie mini-camp either May 4-7 or from May 11-14.

The Paralympic Games are also taking place in Italy until March 15. Team USA is looking to repeat its 2022 gold medal performance in sled hockey, with help from two players from the national capital region.
