Is NKorea pulling away from efforts to normalize relations with SKorea?

WASHINGTON — There are signs North Korea is backtracking on its efforts to mend fences with the South.

It has canceled a key joint cultural event with South Korea just days before the Olympics, leaving many to wonder if this could prevent the talks between the two nations.

WTOP National Security Correspondent J.J. Green spoke about it with Joe Detrani, former director of the National Counter Proliferation Center.
