DC man shot before crashing into Prince George’s Co. school bus

WASHINGTON — A D.C. man who crashed in to a school bus was shot before dying at the scene.

Twenty-four-year-old Tavon Todd crashed into a Prince George’s County school bus in the 5400 block of Temple Hills Road on May 18 around 5 p.m. He was the only occupant in the car. There were two adults on the bus.

He struck another car on Temple Hills Road before hitting the bus. No one was hurt in that crash.

Todd was shot in the 6400 block of Allentown Road outside of a business. Police are looking for another man who was at the scene of the shooting.

An autopsy will be done to determine cause of death.
