WASHINGTON — Two of the 10 most expensive residential sales in the D.C. metro area in March were condos, and demand for multimillion dollar condominiums is growing. With that in mind, here are the 10 most expensive condos currently on the market in the D.C. area.

The listings range from a $10 million Georgetown penthouse with Potomac River views of the Kennedy Center to a $4.4 million Bethesda condo at The Lauren, a newly constructed high rise.

Eight of the 10 most expensive condos on the market in the D.C. metro are in the District, with the other two in Bethesda and Arlington, respectively.
