U-Haul truck with stolen ATMs found in DC

WASHINGTON — An anonymous call to 911 led police to a U-Haul truck full of ATMs in Southeast D.C. Monday.

The truck was found abandoned on the 2000 block of 38th Street SE around 12:30 p.m. Monday.

D.C. police said the moving truck was reported stolen.

Investigators are trying to figure out where the ATMs came from. It is unclear if they have money in them.

So far there are no suspects in the case, D.C. police said.
