On Nov. 12, hikers discovered the victim along Game Preserve Road between Interstate 270 and Clopper Road. Police announced Monday that detectives consider the death suspicious, and it’s being investigated as a homicide.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore is investigating how the man died. It’s believed he might have been in the woods for numbers of months — since late summer, police said.

The victim was wearing size 8 shoes and a printed black and red dress shirt. He’s described as a Hispanic male, perhaps in his late teens to early 20s and approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall.

Anyone who might be able to identify the victim is asked to call 240-773-5070. Tipsters to Crime Solvers can remain anonymous by calling 1-866-411-TIPS (8477).
