Fight between 11-year-old boys ends in stabbing in Baltimore

BALTIMORE (AP) — Baltimore police say a fight between two 11-year-old boys ended with one of them being stabbed.

The victim was wounded in the chest and was taken to a hospital for treatment. Police say 11-year-old alleged attacker was charged as a juvenile with attempted murder and taken to the city’s booking center.

Police say the two boys were fighting over a bike, and that one of them drew a knife and stabbed the other. The stabbing occurred around 5:30 p.m. Saturday in east Baltimore.

In an unrelated incident, police say a 15-year-old boy was shot Saturday in west Baltimore. Police say the boy had been arguing with a 61-year-old man, who shot him. Police have identified a suspect, Thomas Bradley, and have a warrant for his arrest.
