WASHINGTON — Prince George’s County police said Monday they have identified the two victims who died in a Forestville crash Sunday.

Officials said 27-year-old Howard Jackson was turning from Parkland Drive onto Pennsylvania Avenue when he and his passenger, 50-year-old Pandora Bracmort, were struck by a car traveling eastbound on Pennsylvania Avenue at 1:15 a.m.

Investigators believe the car that hit them failed to stop at a red traffic light.

Both Jackson and Bracmort were pronounced dead on scene when police arrived at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Parkland Drive.

Emergency crews transported the other driver to the hospital in critical condition. Police have not yet released the identity of the other driver.
