WASHINGTON — Pouring rains swept through the WTOP listening area Wednesday night, and while many who lost power have been restored, a few remain.

Dominion Power is reporting about 680 outages in Northern Virginia as of 10 a.m., about 550 of them in Fairfax County.

Pepco is also reporting around 110 outages.
