Missing man found ‘disoriented’ after Silver Spring search

WASHINGTON — The search for a missing man has ended in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Innocent Camille, 82, was found by a resident in a backyard near MLK Park in Silver Spring.

Camille had gone missing Thursday night. Police and his family were concerned for his welfare since he is not from the area, didn’t speak English, and had occasionally suffered from dementia.

Montgomery County Police say he is from Haiti, but is staying with family.

Camille was found disoriented and exhausted, but police say he was alert and conscious. He was taken to an area hospital to be evaluated.

Search crews, helicopters and K9 teams were out in the Silver Spring area on Friday looking for Camille.
