Bus crash in Prince George’s sends several to hospital

WASHINGTON — Several people went to the hospital Friday evening following a crash involving a car and a Prince George’s County school bus.

It happened around 5 p.m. along Crain Highway near Dyson Road in Brandywine, Maryland.

County schools spokeswoman Sherrie Johnson said there were 15 students and two adults on the bus at the time.

The county fire department says the driver, an aide, a student on the bus, along with two adults from another vehicle were all taken to the hospital.

The injuries aren’t life-threatening.
