Fairfax Co. Schools employee charged with arranging sex with 9-year-old girl

WASHINGTON — A man who works for Fairfax County Public Schools was arrested and charged by an FBI task force with crossing state lines to arrange sex with a 9-year-old girl.

Wesley Breeden, 29, thought he was meeting a man with a 9-year-old daughter when he traveled to Washington, D.C. from Springfield, Virginia, NBC Washington reports. The man however, was an undercover police investigator.
