Teen facing charges in deadly Oxon Hill stabbing

WASHINGTON — A teenager is facing murder charges in connection with a deadly stabbing in Oxon Hill, Maryland.

Fourteen-year-old Ludwin Lemus-Torres will be charged as an adult in connection with the death of 18-year-old Jerome Toy, Prince George’s County Police say.

According to police, a fight escalated between Lemus-Torres and Toy early Thursday morning inside an apartment on Livingston Road. Investigators believe Toy was stabbed, and then ran from the building before collapsing in the road.

He was rushed to a hospital, and died of his injuries.

Lemus-Torres will be charged with first degree murder and other related charges, police say.
