WASHINGTON — It can be intimidating to hold a baby, but one dad is making it easy with an instructional video that is going viral.

In the video “How to hold a baby,” Jordan Watson shows many of the complex maneuvers that can be executed when holding a child.

Among them is “box of beers,” “reverse baby Jesus,” “bird on a wire” and “the reverse standard shoulder hold.”

Since its posting last week, the video has garnered more than 613,000 views.

And have no fear, Watson adds that no babies were harmed in the making of the video.
