Suspect in Capitol Heights nightclub shooting arrested

WASHINGTON — Prince George’s County police have made an arrest in an April nightclub shooting that injured two people.

Darius Jackson is charged with attempted murder.

According to a news release,  Jackson fired shots during an argument with a woman in the club’s parking lot on April 11. Two bystanders were injured.

The Warrant Division Fugitive Apprehension and Surveillance Team (FAST) was assigned the case after deputies were initially unable to locate Jackson. The FAST team found Jackson at a District Heights home on May 11 and arrested him.

Jackson also faces first degree assault, firearm and reckless endangerment charges.
