Person hit by train in Prince George’s County dies

WASHINGTON — A person is dead after being struck by a train in Prince George’s County Monday morning.

A person was hit on the CSX tracks in the 7100 block of Bowdoin Road in College Park, Maryland, Prince George’ County Police said at about 10:30 a.m. Monday.

Police have not released any additional details about the death including the identity of the victim.
