WASHINGTON – LeBron “King” James is selling his South Florida mansion after announcing his return to Cleveland last year to play again for the Cavaliers.

The Caribbean-style Coconut Grove house is on the water, just a stroll away from cafes, shopping and more, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com.

The 12,178-square-foot mansion includes six bedrooms and nine baths, as well as a wine cellar, theater, elevator and infinity pool.

James put the mansion on the market last year at $17 million, but TopTenRealEstateDeals.com reports he recently reduced his asking price to $15 million.
