WASHINGTON — A top former intelligence official says the West is losing its edge against terrorists. In this week’s edition of The Hunt,  former DIA director Retired General Mike Flynn says ISIL is rapidly evolving and it’s not clear the West can keep up.

WASHINGTON — As ISIS' so-called "caliphate" continues to crumble in Syria, the dwindling number fighters that are left are desperate. Col. Ryan Dillon, spokesman for Operation Inherent Resolve, tells WTOP National Security Correspondent J.J. Green the U.S.-led coalition has seen visible evidence of that desperation.
