2 shot in Reston in domestic argument

WASHINGTON — A man and a woman are fighting for their lives after a shooting in Reston, Virginia early Thursday.

Fairfax County police say the 2:30 a.m. shooting was contained within a home in the 2300 block of Branleigh Park Court, and was domestic in nature.

Police say the two, who are in their 30s, lived together.

There is no threat to the community.

Eric Udler, producer of the Super Pet Expo at the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly, said that there has been a significant increase in pets being adopted with so many people working from home.
