WASHINGTON — A man has died and a child is in serious condition after a car crash in Capitol Heights Saturday night in Maryland. Officers responded to an accident on Addison road and Central Avenue about 9 p.m. According to Prince George’s County police, the driver lost control of the vehicle and hit a tree. Central Avenue and Addison Road were shut down for the investigation but reopened early Sunday morning.
