UPDATE 11:43 p.m. 2/24/2015: The D.C. police say Semnes has been found in good health.

EARLIER: WASHINGTON — Police in D.C. have issued a Silver Alert for a man last seen Tuesday morning.

Phael Semnes, 72, was last seen around 10:30 a.m. on the 2200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue NW. He is white with a light complexion, 5 feet, 7 inches tall and about 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and gray hair with a bald spot. He was wearing a blue plaid shirt, black jacket and beige pants when last seen.
