DAVIE, Fla. (AP) — Miami Dolphins coach Joe Philbin says he’ll miss practice Tuesday and Wednesday to attend his father’s funeral.

Philbin missed two days of practice last week to be with his father, Paul, who died Friday at age 93 in Massachusetts. The coach was on the sideline for Sunday’s 37-0 victory over San Diego.

The Dolphins (5-3) have won three games in a row and play Sunday at Detroit (6-2).
