Grain lower, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery fell 2.25 cents to $5.36 a bushel; Dec corn was 1.25 cents lower at 3.74 a bushel; Dec oats fell 12 cents to $3.3850 a bushel; while Nov soybeans declined 18.75 cents to $10.2425 a bushel.

Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Dec live cattle rose .57 cent to $1.6732 a pound; Jan feeder cattle was .52 cent higher at $2.2847 a pound; while Dec lean hogs lost 1.40 cents to $.8720 a pound.
