VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (AP) — Virginia Beach police have identified a man who drowned after falling off a bridge.

Police spokeswoman Tonya Borman tells media outlets that witnesses reported seeing Bernard White fall off the bridge around 11:30 a.m. Saturday. Virginia Beach rescue crews recovered the body of the 26-year-old Norfolk man around 6:10 p.m. Saturday.
