BAGHDAD (AP) — Iraqi police officials say a car bomb in a busy commercial neighborhood in southwest Baghdad has killed at least 13 people.

Officials say the bombing happened in the al-Mashtal neighborhood. At least 31 people, many of them police officers, were wounded in the blast. Most of those killed were civilians.
