Grain lower, livestock mostly higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery was unchanged at $4.8125 a bushel; Dec corn was 1.50 cents lower at $3.2425 a bushel; Dec oats were unchanged at $3.34 a bushel; while Nov soybeans declined 7.50 cents to $9.16 a bushel.

Beef mixed and pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Dec live cattle was .17 cent lower at $1.6430 pound; Oct feeder cattle was .75 cent higher at 2.3540 a pound; Dec lean hogs advanced 1.05 cents to $.9590 a pound.
