Fugitive from Va. arrested in Colo.

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) — The U.S. Marshals Service says it has captured a fugitive from Virginia in Colorado.

The service says Terrence Lee was caught at an apartment building in Pueblo, Colorado. Lee’s capture was announced on Thursday.

Lee was wanted by police in Norfolk, Virginia for aggravated malicious wounding.

The Marshals Service says the victim in the case may have been coming to the defense of someone Lee was arguing with, and that person is now paralyzed.
