Grain higher, beef and pork higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery rose 5 cents to $5.3525 a bushel; Dec corn was 9.50 cents higher at 3.56 a bushel; Dec oats were 4 cents higher at $3.45 a bushel; while Nov soybeans advanced 18.25 cents to $10.2150 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Oct live cattle rose 2.70 cents to $1.5975 a pound; Oct feeder cattle was 2.37 cent higher at $2.2437 a pound; while Oct lean hogs gained 2.97 cents to $1.0562 a pound.
