Grain lower, beef and pork higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery fell 19.25 cents to $5.3575 a bushel; Dec corn was 11.75 cents lower at 3.52 a bushel; Dec oats were 7.50 cents lower at $3.3925 a bushel; while Nov soybeans declined 12 cents to $10.20 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Oct live cattle rose 3 cents to $1.5542 a pound; Oct feeder cattle was 2.95 cents higher at $2.2177 a pound; while Oct lean hogs gained 1.23 cents to $1.0110 a pound.
