NJ Gov. Christie to attend fundraiser for Hogan

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is scheduled to attend a fundraiser this month for Republican Larry Hogan, who is running for governor of Maryland.

Hogan’s campaign announced the Sept. 17 fundraiser on Tuesday. It is scheduled to take place in Bethesda in Montgomery County.

Christie, a potential 2016 presidential candidate, is chairman of the Republican Governor’s Association.

Hogan, an Anne Arundel County real estate broker, is running against Democratic Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown.
