NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — First-year coach Ken Whisenhunt hasn’t alerted anyone to the final date of Tennessee’s training camp.
Fans got their last look Tuesday, and the Titans say they are fine staying on a camp schedule as long as needed.
Receiver Kendall Wright says the Titans will continue with lots of meetings and curfew at the team hotel until Whisenhunt tells them camp is over.
One benefit of staying in training camp is the Titans can practice in pads once a day.
Whisenhunt thanked fans for coming out and says he is sorry the Titans didn’t have more.
The Titans visit New Orleans on Friday night, and Whisenhunt says he wants the Titans working next week as if they’re already in season since they haven’t done that together yet.
