Development Meeting Rescheduled

The Lenkin Company office building, part of the A community meeting about a proposed apartment development in Woodmont Triangle has been rescheduled to Monday, Aug. 25.

The St. Elmo Apartments project, from develper The Lenkin Company, was originally set for Monday, Aug. 11.

The meeting on Aug. 25 will run from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Regional Services Center (4805 Edgemoor Lane).

Attorney Steve Robins, representing The Lenkin Company on the project, is expected to discuss the company’s plans for a 16-story, roughly 200-unit apartment building at what’s now a low-rise office building between St Elmo and Fairmont Avenues.

The property is directly south of the recently completed Bainbridge Bethesda, a 17-story apartment building.
