ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) — Pittsburgh Pirates left fielder Starling Marte has been sidelined by concussion-like symptoms.

Marte was hurt on a head-first slide during a failed stolen base attempt in the fifth inning of Tuesday night’s game against Tampa Bay. Marte made contact with Rays second baseman Sean Rodriguez on the play.
