Dreaming Out Loud is working to build healthy communities by helping to provide access to fresh local produce through farmers markets and mobile farm-stands in underserved communities. The markets support small businesses and provide a place for youth development.

Youth are shown the way with a workforce readiness program that teaches youth to grow healthy food, build strong character and develop entrepreneurial skills. The youth lead the way to transform their community and follow their dreams in line with their tagline “When Dreams Emerge, Communities Arise”!
