Montgomery County Police are on the scene of a reported bank robbery near Westfield Montgomery Mall.

The robbery took place around 4:00 p.m. at the Wells Fargo Bank at 10305 Westlake Drive. Initial reports suggest a black male in his 40s, armed with a gun obtained an unknown amount of cash and fled the scene.

Police are now searching the nearby mall parking lots for any sign of the suspect.
