The ultimate gift for ‘Christmas Story’ lovers

WASHINGTON — Here’s the ultimate gift for fans of the 1983 movie “A Christmas Story.”

You could wake up on Christmas Day in the house where the holiday favorite was filmed.

It’s time for the annual auction to raise money to preserve the Cleveland, Ohio neighborhood where the house is located.

The top bidder on eBay gets to stay in the house on Christmas Eve night, right in Ralphie and Randy’s bedroom, and wake up Christmas morning to open presents including 2 BB guns, a bunny suit, and much more.

The package also includes behind-the-scenes tours of the house and neighboring museum, as well as a private in-house screening of “A Christmas Story.”

Full details of the package are here.

The bidding ends on Monday, Dec. 9.
