WASHINGTON — The Baltimore City Police department has issued a Silver Alert for a 90-year-old man named William Lee Cousens, Sr.

Cousens is described as a black male, 5’10” and 148 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.

He could be in a a White four-door Chevy Sedan with Maryland tags 3-AJ-9625. If you have any information on the whereabouts of Cousens, police ask to please call 911.
